Application of the present Privacy Policy
This text regulates the Privacy Policy of the present web site, as well as of the totality of data and information that UNEXPLORED SPAIN SL (hereinafter, “IVERYAN“) could handle as responsible for data processing.

Therefore, in order to comply with articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), as well as article 11 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter “LOPDGDD”) this Privacy Policy has been established and developed.

This section regulates the totality of data processing carried out by IVERYAN, according to its different purposes and the laws that regulate them, including those listed below:

    Commercial activities: sending commercial information to users about products and services similar to those previously contracted, in connection with Article 21.2 of the LSSICE.

Likewise, you are informed that all the data that IVERYAN requests or could request marked with an asterisk (*) will be mandatory. In the case that the obligatory data were not provided, IVERYAN will not be able to provide the contracted service or attend your request or application.

In compliance with article 4.2.a of the LOPDGDD, it is guaranteed that the personal data provided by you to IVERYAN will be considered accurate. However, IVERYAN could ask you to update the data they may keep about yourself.

 

Data retention period
Pursuant to article 5.1.e) of the RGPD, the data retention periods will vary depending on the processing carried out. Therefore, from IVERYAN we advise you to read our Data Retention Policy for consultation, which can be requested at alvaro@iveryan.travel.

However, despite the existence of these general deadlines, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to delete data that is no longer legally required.

 

Data subjects’ rights
Data protection regulations grant you the following rights:

Right to request access to your personal data.
Right to request rectification of your personal data.
Right to request the deletion of your personal data.
The right to request the limitation of processing.
Right to object to the processing.
Right to portability.
The right not to be subject to automated individual decisions.
The right to withdraw your consent.

Recipients and international data transfers
Your personal data may be handed to Public or Governmental Authorities and State Security Forces, in order to comply with the legal requirements and regulations applicable in each specific case.

In turn, they could be communicated to third party suppliers or entities for the provision of any service subcontracted by IVERYAN. In this aspect, we inform you that the corresponding data management contracts required by articles 28 and 29 of the RGPD as well as article 28 of the LOPDGDD have been signed and checked by IVERYAN to guarantee that they fulfill the necessary legal, technical and organizational measures. We inform you that your data will not be communicated to third parties. Neither international data transfers will be made.

 

Origin of the personal data
The personal data treated by IVERYAN come from you as their owner.

To which, you have previously provided your personal data and have authorized its handling by the various companies that offer their services through these companies.

 

Data security
IVERYAN has implemented sufficient legal, technical and organizational measures to guarantee the protection of personal data. Therefore, we periodically review our systems to avoid any unlawful, unauthorized access, as well as to avoid any type of loss, accidental destruction, illegal or unauthorized disclosure as well as any other type of damage, both accidental and illicit.

 

Control authority
At IVERYAN we do our best to comply with data protection regulations, as we understand it is a very valuable asset. Nevertheless, we inform you that in case you feel that your rights have been undermined, you have the right to file a complaint before the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (AEPD), located in C/ JORGE JUAN, 6 – 28001 MADRID.
